Reviews are subjective. Good to make an appointment with them and check out their permises, teachers to student ratio, cleanliness, tidiness etc.
i don't know about bedok. there is one at Anchorvale though and here it seems very popular. they even have a outdoor playground for the kids.
i'm not too sure about the bedok outlet. But i actually like their education system. My cousins are in the Jurong East outlet.
