I really feel you on that, paying so much and then feeling like the visit is over before it even started is so frustrating. I don't have direct experience with Dr Ting myself, but a friend of mine actually brought her child to see her and said the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough once she asked more questions during the consult. Maybe try going in with a list of concerns written down so you can make the most of the time lah, sometimes that really helps slow things down a bit.
