Actually any pump. Overtime your inverted nipple will protrude out. I am using baby express befree (best advised not to use handsfree before your supply regulates), after so many months of pumping, my nipples are no longer as inverted as it used to be. Alternatively, you can buy a nipple puller, use before you pump.
