Ay nako, I'm so sorry about your twins, that must have been heartbreaking. Please talk to your OB as soon as possible about your history; they need to know everything so they can monitor you closely this time and give you proper care and peace of mind. A few of us mums in my circle have been through losses too, and honestly, having a doctor who listens and checks regularly made such a difference sa anxiety.
