sis... makan pisang, dragon fruit yn warna merah tu/jambu batu/apple..increase you fiber intake....chia seed also good fr consipation .. i personally gt try this method.. 😊
warm water with a slice of lemon/lime or else increase your fiber intake such as from fruits or veggies (lettuce, guava, dragonfruits, papaya works for me).
Can try eat bananas everyday. also, can consider eat more fruits as snacks ya.
