When I delivered at KKH a couple of years back, the initial deposit amount was similar to what you mentioned for B1, but I honestly cannot confirm if the figures have changed since then lah. I would suggest calling KKH's billing department directly as they are the most accurate source and the staff there are usually quite helpful in breaking down the estimates for you.
