Pregnancy paranoia

Hi Anyone first time pregnancy and always worried... can we go to a nearest gynae or womens clinic for a scan if worried but no reason(no bleeding no spotting)

SAME HERE xD keep trying to feel the quickening feelings but some times you just cant feel it. Then when really too paranoid ill use the fetal doppler haha! Bought one from shopee!
