Same… any small amount can go in would be good enough. I lost 6kg n 4kg for my first n second pregnancy in first trimester. Couldn’t eat and was dehydrated but I put back in second trimester.
one of the gynaes told my friend to eat whatever possible if morning sickness is very very bad. so even if it’s not the most nutritious.. it’s better than starving urself
