Work place discrimination, how to handle
Is anyone facing it? Realised everything started to lean on the bad side once they knew I was pregnant. Is not a big company. But damn wasn't prepared for this, really. Trying their way to force me to quit
Eh don't quit! My friend went through the exact same thing, small company somemore, and she said the moment you resign you lose all protection lah. Someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned that legally they cannot sack you just because you're pregnant, got specific employment rules protecting you once you've worked long enough. Best thing is go straight to MOM and file a complaint, her colleague did that and the company quickly changed their tune. Just make sure you document everything, every nasty comment, every sudden "restructuring", my friend said that paper trail was what saved her case.
