Sick I need advice please

Anyone here experiencing colds and cough? Need advice kasi nagpa check up ako sa OB ko and I wonder why she gave me Cetrizine ehhh di naman to allergy. Any home remedies please mag 1 week na kasi tong sip on at ubo. 6months preggy here 😟😟😟😟
