my baby weight was 2.1kg at 28 weeks. gynae told me to avoid ice cream. fast food. bubble tea. chocolates and durian. by full term my baby was 2.9kg. by birth the total weight was 3.1kg. my tips would be to exercise and walk often. strictly avoid food listed above. and go for massage helps in reducing water retention and weight gain

2kg at 31 weeks. Doctor did not flag anything though, and I'm petite some more (48kg @31weeks). Will be going for another scan this week. Will see how much my baby grows this time round.
