Yes and it’s normal. Try to do light stretches before you head to bed and while you stretch to relieve, don’t stretch too long. Put a few pillows underneath your legs and keep it elevated.

Same here, I’m at my 30 weeks now. Having leg cramp at night since 2nd trimester. My gynae suggested me to eat bananas (potassium) to prevent the cramp 😣

Yes cramp every other night for me, light massages on my calf by husband help alot

leg cramp during pregnancy is normal. try to take in more potassium and calcium! 🥰
