Constipation after birth

because the white laxative given by hosp doesnt really work. at least for me. it came out bit by bit then i had remaining other brand stool softener and that brand works for me coz it emptied the whole thing 🫠 recommended by my niece (shocking). the brand is Lactul (purple box) but to get it over the counter, you need to show IC. it's a controlled drug apparently. you can give it a try. shoppee sells it though...😆 also, consume more fibre food.
