Anyone is on dostinex? Do you pump to relieve engorgement after taking the first second dose? When will the breast milk stop producing and if i really have to pump to relieve engorgement?
I have taken Dostinex before as I am not breastfeeding. It works fast for me and doctor only prescribed 2 tablets for me, take half of each tablet per dosage. I suggest you pump out the extra milk before and after taking Dostinex.
I am not breastfeeding but I was told to pump out some during my stay at the hospital after my Csect due to an engorgement which affects my sleep.
