Labour delivery

Wah this is a good question lah! My friend delivered at Parkway East and said the ward package alone for normal delivery was around $2,500-ish for a single-bedder two-day stay, but on top of that you still need to add your gynae fees AND a separate newborn package of about $1,000, so the total can creep up quite a bit higher than you expect. So I'd say Parkway East is nice if budget is not too tight and you want that quieter, more private feel, but SGH makes more sense if you want to stretch your dollar further, just be prepared for a busier ward environment lah!
