Hey! anyone here delivered alr? And is it painful to shower or pee after normal vaginal birth?

will feel abit pain but each day it became less painful. for shower,not painful

Different people different pain tolerance, but for mine it's not even painful.

Not painful when shower but a slight sting when peeing. Only for a while.
