Just to be sure, u should not take any dairy products (milo/milk/coffee/tea included) and calcium-rich food/supplements when u take ur iron pills ya… must stagger at least 2 hours. Cos they will block ur iron absorption. Try eating red meat and green leafy veg for every single meal too!

Are you taking folic acid supplements or eating foods rich in it? If not, I suggest you do so~ You may also take Iron Supplements as well.

Then try taking folic acid supplements~ it helps with production of your RBCs. Eating green and leafy vegetables should help also~
