I have been using Kidzparadise Immunity Guard Rub on my 2 kids. So far my elder child who is attending childcare don’t fall sick as often. My younger one also seldom fall sick and even if she does get the flu, she recovers quite fast.
From 3mos old pd already gave my LO appeton multi-vitamins. Im giving it to him since then. 😊 for 1 yr old & above some mommies recommend Sambucol for kids, can help boost immune system 😃
Usually need to have probiotics to help with immune system. Maybe you can try Aptamil Gold. It has both prebiotics & probiotics that can strengthen your child’s immunity faster.

Having C-section can impact the immune system because they have less good gut bacteria. Can check with your doctor on this then can advice what to do.
I give my LO aptamil gold. My doc said needs more probiotics so i see aptamil has prebiotics and probiotics, which are known to strengthen immunity.
My nephew who is c-sec seems to fall sick more easily than my son because of his low immunity. So need to support him with more nutrients

I would say load up on vitamins. My 14 month old is currently taking immuped vitamin c and biogaia probiotics
You can try probiotics, dha. Continue breastfeeding if you can, it helps build up immune system.
