Toddler Milk Powder

Anybody had to change the milk formula for their 19 month old as they start getting constipation?

From 12 months, you can feed your LO fresh milk. Don’t have to rely on FM

Fresh milk also got come in powder form like Nespray, Fernleaf Full Cream etc. I gave my LO fernleaf full cream milk powder. As it's powder, prepare it as per normal the same way you prepare using formula.
