Anybody alrdy starting to have backaches when the bump is not even big/obvious? Now only week13, I can't imagine what it will be like for 3rd tri.
Is there any pregnancy safe remdies to it? I can't be having paracetamol everyday for the pain... helpssss... 😭😭
