Any secret tips to conceive a baby girl?

The chances of conceiving the gender of your choice is 50-50. There is no sure method that could gurantee you the gender. Agree with Jamie, as long as baby is healthy, that's more than enough for me. Note: Males are the ones who confirm the gender, not female enzymes :P
