Ay, depende sa hospital or birthing center mo, pero usually kelangan mo ng valid ID, insurance card or proof of payment, medical records mo from OB, at birth certificate or marriage certificate para sa birth registration after. Best na tawagan mo directly ang hospital mo para sa complete list kasi may iba't ibang requirements depending sa facility, one of my mum friends nag-hospital sa different place from me and mas maraming docs ang hiniling sa kanya!
