Hey mama! Grade III usually refers to the grading of your placenta, it means your placenta is maturing and getting ready for delivery, which is totally normal at 37+ weeks. Definitely ask your OB about what this means for your specific situation and timeline, pero generally speaking, it's a good sign na your body is preparing na! A few of us had the same finding towards the end and our doctors were reassuring naman.
