Anong cause ng Occipital Encephalocele? My first baby had a birth defect that is occipital encephaloce and, she passed away?

Hi po, same with me diagnosed ang baby ko with encephalocele, 22 weeks na sya ngaun. Stillbirth nyo po ba sya pinanganak, or umabot ng full term at paglabas nya buhay pa sya then tsaka namatay?
