Pregnant with type 2 diabetes

Ano po sa tingin nyo ang Mali 🤔😥 Stress na ako I am 5months Pregnant with type 2 diabetes, and Im 2 weeks taking 70/30 Insulin now. 26 units in morning and 18 units in the evening, before meals. Pero Bakit po kaya sa FBS ko at sa tuwing after breakfast ko mataas BS ko? Sinusunod ko naman yung Diet na inadvice sakin ng dietary ko which is the plate method na 1/2 of my plate is Glow food and 1/4 is Go and the other 1/4 is Grow. ANO PO KAYA ANG MALI KONG NAGAGAWA to result High FBS and high BS After Break fast? Please I need your help 🙏🏼ps: Im using accu-check po, eating 1/2 cup of brown rice every meal, and also i dont put any MSG on my food, just a little bit of salt and pepper. # #

ang taas nga po huhu. ako din nakagdm monitor minsan di ko nasusunod diet ko pero 133 lang pinakamataas ko. after ko magcheck ng bs ng 9pm 2hrs after dinner kumakain ulit ako basta by 10 pm di n po ko kumakain. then tulog na. more water din 3litersnper day dapat pero nakaka 2liters lang ako huhu
