magtake ka po ng folic and vitamin c with zinc, kung may budget kayo inum ka ng fern D.. may pcos din ako and retroverted uterus pero now buntis na ako 2months 🤗😇

ako sis nagtake ako iron+follic tsaka duphaston kasi hindi ako regular eh. then after 3-4 months. positive na ako sa pt. bukas punta ko sa OB. :)
