Hey mama, grade 2-3 changes sa placenta ay normal lang at hindi delikado, ito lang ang way ng doctor to say na ang placenta mo ay nag-mature na, which is expected around 23 weeks ka na! It means the placenta is doing its job well and your baby is getting what they need. A few of us pregnant mums have gotten the same report and lahat nang okay ang pregnancy namin, pero para sa peace of mind mo talaga, best to ask your OB directly kung may specific concerns siya or kung kailangan ng follow-up ultrasound. Don't stress too much, anterior placenta lang yan, very common, walang problema usually!
