Oof, maraming dapat i-prepare talaga! The essentials I made sure to have before I gave birth were: maternity pads (super absorbent ones, hindi lang regular), comfortable loose clothes na pwedeng isuot agad after, underwear na disposable or matanda na na (kasi babahain mo talaga), toiletries like soap and shampoo na safe for postpartum, at mga comfort items like pillow with colored pillowcase para di ma-confuse sa hospital linen. A few of us moms also swore by bringing our own towels and a robe na easy to open for feeding and checks, plus phone charger kasi habang nakahiga ka, kailangan mo ng entertainment at communication haha! Mas importante pa, prepare your mind and heart, walang perfect birth plan, kaya flexible lang at ready sa adjustments
