Ako naman, I went with IUD after my second baby kasi ayaw ko ng hormones, and honestly ang hirap lang talaga ng insertion, parang malakas ang cramps for like a few minutes, pero over na agad! After that, walang hassle, no periods for me kaya super convenient na, at marami sa mga mum friends ko the same, isa pang nag-try ng pills pero laging nakakalimutan, kaya nag-switch din to IUD. Best decision ko, pero really ay depende sa comfort level mo, some of my friends prefer the pill pa rin or injection, so basta consistent lang ang use mo, okay na. Suggestion ko, konsultahan mo talaga ang OB mo para malaman mo kung alin ang best fit sa health history at lifestyle mo, kasi everyone's different!
