38 weeks and 4 days no sign of contraction

Ay totoo, first time mom anxiety talaga yan! At 38 weeks plus, it's totally normal pa na walang contraction kasi bawat mama at baby ay may sariling timeline, some start at 37 weeks, iba naman 40+ na before they go into labor. Alam mo, a few of us went past 39 weeks and the babies came kaya don't stress too much pa, pero definitely bring this up sa OB mo sa next check-up para ma-monitor ang baby and make sure everything is on track. In the meantime, try walking (sobrang effective based sa experience ng karamihan), stay hydrated, eat well, and rest, your body will know what to do when it's ready! You got this, mama!
