Private hospital requirements

Honestly, it varies per hospital pero usually kailangan mo ng valid ID, insurance details or proof of payment, medical records from your OB, at completed prenatal forms nila, I'd suggest calling your chosen hospital directly kasi ang bawat private facility may sariling requirements talaga. A few of us moms just went straight to our OB's office and they handled most of it for us, so mas smooth ang process!
