Aww, poor baby! Bungang araw is super annoying talaga, lalo na pag mainit at may pawis, kailangan mo lang i-keep dry ang area, painom ng maraming tubig, at mag-light, breathable na damit para hindi mag-sweat ng sobra. One of my mum friends swears by cornstarch or powder specifically for heat rash, pero honestly if it's really bad or hindi umalis after a few days, mas maganda i-check ng doctor para sure kung ano na talaga at baka may need ng cream, some kids need something stronger pag talagang severe na ang itch.
