Ano po mas mataas nutrients bonna o nestogen?

Hindi ko masyadong makita ang malaking difference sa nutrients between the two, honestly, both are decent formulas, pero it really depends sa baby mo kung alin ang mas agree sa kanya, kaya better to check the nutrition labels side-by-side or ask your pedia para sure kung which one is better for your LO's needs. A few of us mums tried both, at yung iba nag-switch lang because ng tummy issues or preference, hindi talaga dahil sa nutrients alone.
