polycystic ovarian morphology

Ay, good question! So polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM) is parang ang "look" lang ng ovaries mo on ultrasound, may maraming small cysts kasi, pero that's it lang, walang other symptoms pa. PCOS naman is the actual condition na may PCOM plus irregular periods, hormone imbalance, acne, hair growth issues, the whole package talaga, kaya mas serious siya. A few of us moms have PCOM lang without PCOS, so medyo iba-iba ang journey namin compared sa friends na may full PCOS. Either way, super important na mag-check ka with your OB para malaman mo kung saan ka exactly, kasi ang treatment nyo both ay different based sa kung ano talaga ang meron ka, some need medication, some lang lifestyle changes.
