35 weeks and Day 1

Hay, 35 weeks na! Kami dito lahat parang ganito, constant tightening ng tiyan, lalo na pag gabi o pag maraming activities. Normal lang yan (Braxton Hicks), pero the real giveaway is feeling baby's movements so low na, parang nasa baba talaga sila ngayon, it's wild! White discharge din talaga abundant sa stage na ito, so don't worry about that unless it smells off or may itch. The tiyan hardening is just baby getting ready, pero importante talaga na bantayan ang blood pressure mo, some mums had readings like 130/90 or higher at this point, and a few had concerns, so definitely worth mentioning to your OB next visit kahit wala kang symptoms. Better safe than sorry, lalo na this late in pregnancy. Enjoy the countdown na!
