Normal Delivery or Water Birth?

Uy, this is such a big decision! Honestly, a few of us tried water birth and loved how calm it felt, parang less painful, plus nakuha namin yung option to get out if needed, but others swore na normal delivery lang ang best para sa kanila kasi mas in control sila. I think it really depends on your pain tolerance, kung available sana sa hospital/birthing center mo, at ano ang comfortable for you, honestly, best talaga na mag-tour ka ng facilities at tanungin yung OB mo kung ano ang options available at safe para sa situation mo!
