Ay, that's such a deep question! Honestly, I think about this sometimes too, parang I was on track sa marketing before I got pregnant, and I wonder if I'd have pushed for that promotion or tried something completely different, you know? But the thing is, I don't really feel the regret kasi ang rewarding talaga ng pagiging mom, and marami sa circle ko who paused their careers say the same thing, some of us came back, some pivoted to freelance or online work para flexible, and some realized na for now, this is exactly what they needed. I guess the "what if" will always be there, but I'm okay with the path I took naman, and I know maraming opportunities pa ahead kahit later na.
