Hi mama! Kaya mo yan, milk usually comes in around 2-3 days after delivery, pero some moms take a week or two pa, lalo na kung first time. Don't worry if wala agad, totally normal, and ang colostrum (yellowish milk) na muna ang kelangan ng baby at super nutritious na! Best thing you can do now is plan to breastfeed early and often once baby arrives, kasi ang sucking mismo ang mag-trigger ng milk production, pero if you're worried about supply or may specific concerns, definitely ask your OB about it ngayon pa lang, okay?
