Ano ang effective over the counter medicine ninyo for cough?

Solmux syrup mucolytic to loosen the phlegm. I prefer syrup than tablet or capsule kasi I feel it's more effective for me. Pag sobrang dry cough naman, I use Robitussin syrup also.
