Gigit puting

Adoi, sakit betul kan! At 11 months, dia memang dalam phase tumbuh gigi dan explore, so it's quite common lah. What I've generally heard from other mums is that the moment dia gigit, you should stop the feed straightaway, just take out your breast calmly without making a big fuss about it, sebab sometimes bayi akan repeat the behaviour if dia see a dramatic reaction from us. After that, boleh offer dia teether or a cold teething toy to bite instead, especially right after nursing, this way dia can nibble on something yang okay untuk dia, and your poor puting can rest! Some mums also find that paying close attention during feeds and noticing when bayi is about to let go helps catch the gigit before it happens.
