Normal je, hun, babies 3 months old ni memang sering peluh masa menyusu because they're working hard, especially kalau menyusu dengan enthusiastic! A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing with their babies on combo feeding. But if the sweating is excessive, macam sobbing wet or your baby seems uncomfortable/lethargic, better mention it to your paed just to be safe, okay? Otherwise it's just part of their little bodies adjusting during feeds. You're doing great with the combination feeding!
