When breastfeeding, you can't really go on a diet to the point na you're starving yourself already. Balanced diet lang, more fruits and veggies and less carbohydrates. Limit the intake of rice, siguro 1 cup per meal would suffice and sabayan mo ng exercise. Ako kasi I don't have time to exercise that's why my tummy is still big after giving birth.

Ako din. After giving birth, pumayat ako. Small frequent feeding din ako nun. Unfortunately, pagbalik ko sa work tumaba na naman ako. Sobra kasi ako nagugutom after ko magpump.

Balanced meal po and proper proportions lang. Like 1 cup of rice per meal tapos veggies and fruits. Hindi mo need ideprive ang sarili mo kasi nagbebreastfeed ka. Kung kaya mo samahan ng exercise mas okay.

Mommy magpadeliver ka sa mga healthy meals na available online like Feed 5000, Sexy Chef, etc. If meron kang Xbox Kinect, yan effective yan na pang exercise.

Excercise po.. then kung ayaw mo maapektuhan ung lactation mo.. kain kpo ng oats papadami kc ng gatas un.. kay ms. Iya villania ko lng din nalaman un..😁

I feel you sis. Mas lalo din akong tumaba nang nagpapa bfeed ako ngayun sa 14mos ko. Hirap talaga mag diet kasi lagi kang gutom nyan.

Balance diet, less carbs. More fruits and veggies para sa fiber. Daily exercise at least 30 mins.
