Betul betul betul, you got it right! Since your baby was born at 35w6d, dia kira sebagai premature baby, so we use the corrected age (atau adjusted age) untuk track milestones, bukan actual age dari tarikh lahir. So kalau sekarang actual age dia 3 bulan, corrected age dia akan jadi around 2 bulan (tu yang you follow untuk developments, tummy time, social smiles, semua tu). The gap akan kurang gradually until around 2 years old, after that boleh dah pakai actual age je. Bagus you doing your homework on this because a lot of parents terlepas and worry unnecessarily when baby doesn't hit milestones yet, tapi sebab using wrong age range! Your paediatrician should confirm the corrected age calculation with you too just to make sure semua on track.
