why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

same goes to me 7 month but still my bump is small. Even some my colleague also dont know that i am pregnant. but my baby's weight and size is normal and follow it development week.
