why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

My baby bump only showing at 21 weeks dont worry mommy not all mommy are the same as long as the baby healthy ☺
