why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Still early sis.. my mum showed at 5months.. i was underweight before.. dont worry..as long as dr says baby is fine.
