why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

Hehebhe i already 13 week still small.... i dont worry..... because this os my 3rd baby 1 and 2 same like this.... sis
