why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

12weeks kecik lg sis. But klau scan nanti tnye doc psl air ketuban. Sye dpt tahu air ketuban sikit mse 29weeks. Klau boleh jgn sampai bawah 6-5cm..
