why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

sama tapi buncit dkt bahagian ari2..scan baby pun dah aktif gerak2 lompat2..hihi masa tu belum lg 12 weeks
