why my bby bump still small????

already 12weeks but still small like I'm not pergant? ..but the other already have a bby bump when 12weeks ?..it bcause my height or my weight?

saya pregnant 4 bulan . perut tak nampak lagi . start 6 7 bulan baru nak nampak perut. setiap org tak sama
